Ouch.

Christmas of 2008 (wowwwwww that was sooo long ago) I got a guitar from Paul. He wanted me to have a guitar because he knows how much I love to sing and how much I wanted to learn - so sweet. However, it has just been sitting on its stand in my room for the past year and a half... :/ haha oops. So, my goal this break is to learn the guitar! I've been saying I'm going to learn it one day but then something comes up and I put it off till the next day...but not today! Today I blew off the dust on my guitar (literally) and decided to give it another shot!

I say give it another shot because I have tried learning it when he first got it for me. However, I just don't have the patience to learn haha! Plus, I hated how my fingertips would hurt after learning - huge turnoff. But I decided to just suck it up and learn some notes on the guitar. I learned E, G, and C! I'm not pro at it and I think one of the strings on my guitar needs to be tuned again haha but I'm glad that I am now starting to accomplish one of my goals! Hopefully by the time school comes around (like...3 weeks from now haha) I can be good at it! I want to be able to show Paul that I can play the guitar and that he didn't completely waste a good deal of money on me :)
