"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

It Happened.

it's been quite the roller-coaster this week seeing paul for the first time in over 2 years. for those who have followed {{or stalked ;)}} my blog from the beginning will know exactly who this boy is. it's been a hard week, a really hard one. extremely emotional. two words i never thought would describe my experience of seeing him for the first time: hard and emotional. but if there is one thing that i've learned through the tears and laughs of this week is that a part of growing up is changing. i've learned that i still really do care for this boy. as much as i kept pretending like i didn't. i've learned that it's okay to be vulnerable because it's those moments that your true self is able to come out. i've learned that familiarity is good, sometimes too good. and i've also learned that if things are suppose to work out, they will work out in the end. i could go into a lot more detail but, there's no need to. that's for between paul and i. but what i can tell you is that it's good to have him home, finally.
