Today as I was walking to the temple, at 6:35am, windy as heck, this adorable little old lady sees poor little me walking in the fuh-reezing cold and asks me if I wanted a ride. I graciously take her offer and she herself was on the way to the temple. She asks me if I've served a mission {{haha totally straight to the point she was}} and I told her how I was leaving for one in March! She asked me where and I told her the California Los Angeles mission. She then tells me that that's where she went on her mission! What were the chances :) I seriously love my mission already. I cannot wait to go to LA and preach the gospel to all those I meet. As she drops me off I tell her thank you and she said, "No, thank YOU! You brought back so many good memories." Some people are just so sweet and are placed into our lives for a reason. Her, definitely was placed in my life at that moment for a reason. Oh how she has such a tender soul!

maybe it's the emotional/hormonal me right now.... but you are so blessed olivia. the chances of you running into someone...at 630 in the morning...who served in the SAME place you'll be serving... NOT COINCIDENCE. reading ur blog just made my day and i'm so excited for you. you are one of the most genuine, spiritual, beautiful girls i know. your mission is just the beginning of great things to come your way. thank you for being an inspiration to so many of us.
