3. no soda
4. no cake
5. no cookies
every time i tell someone my new years resolution they tell me "oh my gosh you are not fat you don't need to lose weight!"...okay people, it's not just to shed off some pounds! i'm about to serve a spanish speaking mission...aka mexican food at least once a day. um, that's totally going to add up haha and since i am refusing to gain any weight on my mission {{crossing fingers!!}} i figure it would help to cut back on those 5 items on my list. i first started off with no sugar but so much food and yummy treats have sugar! like, froyo and jamba juice -- can't cancel those out! duhh! so hopefully this helps in efforts that i can control what i eat on the mission and try and keep a good balance :) today is my last day to eat all the above...ahhhh!! sad day.
