"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

Eternal Families.

Last week my home bishops son, Jared Johansen, passed away in his sleep and left behind his wife, his 17 month old daughter Reese and another baby girl on the way due next month, Jaclyn. My heart has ached for this family. Although I don't know Jared as well as I know his two younger brothers, I would always watch the way he interacted with Reese at church and hoped that one day my husband would love his little daughter as much as he did. I have such a strong testimony in the promise that families can be together forever and that is ONLY because of the restored gospel. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true and I know that because of the restored priesthood on the earth today, his family WILL see him again after this life. Please watch this 4 minute video to see his life just months before he passed away.
