"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

Working Out!

The gym is probably the only place where you could get away with checking someone out. Any other place, the person that is getting checked out at would probably think you're a complete freak! But...at the gym, people typically check out those who have the "ideal" body they want. I know that I always stare around at people at the gym; not only because I think they have a killer body but also because of the way they work out. Some people on the machines, treadmills, etc. crack me up! People look funny when they work out!! I probably do too now that I think about it..especially when I'm on the treadmill laughing to myself as I watch "Friends"...people around me probably think I'm weird for laughing to myself...if only they knew..

I don't understand how lots of people don't work out! I never actually started to work out until I got to college. I cannot not work out anymore, it would drive me nuts! I love the feeling of working out. I love how it just completely releases my stress and the pain I feel afterward. I know, that may seem weird to some put I really do love it. But, you don't have to go to a gym to "work out". You can go dancing, rock climbing, anything that doesn't include sitting on your butt really! I know I always feel better about myself after I work out. Some may think it's boring to work out but there are ways to make it fun!

1. Take a friend
2. Bring an iPod
3. Read a magazine
4. People watch

I think people need to get off their lazy butts and get in their daily exercise for the day. It's little things like this that make obesity a huge issue. I mean really...is it that hard to get off your butt for 45 minutes to get your daily exercise?
