"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

Last Bowling Night

Tonight was my last bowling night before I head back to school! I used to go to a lot of them at the beginning on my "summer vacation" but now that I've been teaching a 3rd grade class every Wednesday morning for an hour...I decided I needed my sleep since I usually came home around 12:30ish. But tonight was so fun! I was so happy that a lot of people showed up. Things are always more fun with a larger group of friends. I had a competition with JD which I so won, I got to see Willy again which is something I thought I wouldn't do before I headed back to school figuring he wouldn't be back, grabbed from Blush with Steve, and just an overall fun night! I'm going to miss the singles ward, not going to lie. The singles ward over the summer was a lot of fun because there were SO many people! But...I kind of liked how it is small because you get to really know everyone in the ward and their names! That was something I couldn't do over the summer. I will definitely be missing them but...I'll see them all again at the end of July!! :)

I also went to Institute tonight. Tonight we discussed about faith and here are some things that really stuck out to me... Be patient during your trials of faith. Having a trial of faith isn't necessarily questioning your faith, it is literally putting your faith out there to see how strong it is. Obedience is a strong component of testing our faith. Whatever your "best" effort is, that's sufficient if you have faith in Jesus Christ knowing that he will take care of the rest. Therefore, knowing this will help you do better and better on your "best" effort each time.

Life is too much fun to worry about...just live it up!
