"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

R Mountain is NOT An Easy Hike.

Today was such a busy day! It started off with a 7am hike up R Mountain. I've always wanted to hike R Mountain and from what had heard from others...it was a pretty easy hike. In our group was Sarah, Ryan, J, Julia, Courtney, her friend, and myself. We wanted to start our morning by watching the sunrise and the weather was perfect (not too cold)! The guys totally dominated us in the hike but it was ok...it was nice to take many breathers and watch the sunrise while hiking up the mountain :)

Later in the afternoon, I went on a pretty fun date! We did this thing called geocatching (I think that's how you say it/spell it). You go to this website that has directions to these "hidden boxes" and you try to find them! We found two on campus and it was really cool. When you find the box, you are able to take one thing out BUT, you have to make sure to put something back in. It was a fun little adventure to get my mind off of school work.

Tonight I went to Sammy's (again) with my roommates to watch this guy perform. He was SO GOOD! I loved his voice. Too bad he's married. After that I came home and did some homework until once again, J was able to distract me and get me to go out and play so we went around with some of his friends to hang out.

I'm soooo tired of doing homework...I need a vacation.
