"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

I'm Domestic!

I'm taking Clothing Construction 1 and Practical Homemaking this semester. Clothing Construction is a class I was required to take for one of my clusters but Practical Homemaking is a class Sarah is taking for one of her clusters and she really wanted to have a class with me so I decided, what the heck, I'll take it. I love both classes! I honestly thought they were going to be my easiest classes...but nope. They are a little hard (well, Clothing Construction at least) and SUPER time consuming! My bad. But still, I'm really glad I'm taking them! So, this is what I've made so far... :)

I made this cushion pillow in my Practical Homemaking class!
I got a 90% on it! :)

I made this pillow case in my Clothing Construction class!
I got a 87% on it...oh well!
I think I'm going to give it to Paul for his one year mark :)
