"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

Longest. Letter. Ever.

Ok...so MAYBE I write a guy who served in my home ward. MAYBE I think he's cute and just MAYBE he wrote me a three page, back and front letter :) Bahahahaha! I DIED when I realized how much he wrote me!! I think in my last letter to him I wrote him one page back and front?? I was shocked. So, his name is Elder Holmes and he's from Canada! When I was home for the winter, I got really close to Elder Holmes and Noel. They would always call me asking about my family and I would call them asking them questions or figuring out ways to get them to come over to my house to try and talk to my parents. When I first saw Elder Holmes it was when I was home for Thanksgiving I believe. I was sitting with Sarah and her parents and they invited him to come up to the podium and introduce himself. He got up there and the first thing he did was smile. I literally grabbed Sarah's leg and then started hitting her because I thought he was so cute! Haha! Ever since Elder Johnson, Jorgensen, Elias, etc all left...I haven't been close to any of the missionaries. I seriously used to be best buds with them! It was so nice to actually get to know the Elders in my home ward during my off track. It's funny because they are actually my age instead of being 2-4 years older then me. I think that's why we were able to connect easily because we were the same age. Anyways, Greg Clark would always tease me for "flirting" with the missionaries but I SWEAR I never purposely tried to flirt with them...hahahhaa but really. I never tried. Did it happen? Probably. Not my fault.

Anywhosers, my last Sunday I was home I said my goodbyes to them and they both, awkwardly, gave me their missionary pass along cards {{made by Steve McKinley}} with their name, home address, missionary address, and missionary email address and told me if I ever needed anything to contact them. But, I can't even describe to you in words how that conversation went. It was so funny! Well, I sent him an email asking if I was allowed to write him since I was in Rexburg {{not in Pleasanton}} and he said heck yes! We've only exchanged a few letters to each other but hahaha ohh my gosh this is hands down the longest letter I've ever gotten from a missionary!! It made me so happy! Lots of funny stuff.

Today I was in the lib for 5 HOURS studying for this stupid test. Coming home to a huge letter from Elder Holmes definitely made my day and night. Yay for missionaries!
