"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

Here's To You Spenc.

{{not engaged for the record}}

I know, 4 blog posts in one day. A little too much but there is just so much to say today! So my friend, Spencer Vance, is leaving on his mission THIS WEDNESDAY! So excited for him! He is serving in the Santa Rosa, California mission! It's only about an hour away from me and the temple he'll be going to is the Oakland soooo there could be a chance we may cross paths if we so happen to be there on the same day at the right time ;) I met him at school when he auditioned for my show Stomp The Stage {{aka Battle of the Dance}}. He came up to me after the show was done at the crossroads and sat and talked with me. We've been friends ever since. We've been able to skype a few times and he is just so much fun to talk to. He emailed me his farewell talk and my goodness...I cried! I usually don't cry as much when I read something. But the words that he wrote...so profound and so true! The spirit was so strong when I was reading it and it just made me that much more impress of the man that he is. Yes, man, not boy ;) haha! But here is my shout out to you Spenc, GOOD LUCK! You are going to be amazing! Love your mission and live it with no regrets! Just because you can't get someone to join the church does not mean you failed! My family and I went through dozens of missionaries and 4 years later we joined the church. You will leave an impression on them that they will never forget. Best of luck love and can't wait to see you when you get home! Love ya!
