sometimes i like to think that no one else reads my blog. that it's my own personal journal. REALITY CHECK. it's not my own personal journal and yes, people read it. and, as much as i'm flattered when people comment on my posts or come up to me at school saying how they love my blog...i realize then that they know what really is going on in my life. they know when i'm happy and they definitely know when i'm mad. they kind of know a lot about me. and that's nothing to be scared of but, i guess the truth of the matter is is that i'm sure there are a lot more people who read my blog then i think. and in that case, maybe i should be a little more careful on what i say. not so much of me just not giving you the full details and me not being real with you...but say what i want to say in a more...sneaky way.

"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

- I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

Funny, I'm writing a couple of blogs related to that idea. In different words...but basically the same point.
ReplyDeletePeople will respond to honesty. You may feel slightly more secure with "sneakiness" but I say write how you feel, unabridged.
