Yes. I heard one of the temple workers say that this morning hahaha. Ethan and I went to the temple this morning to do some baptisms! I met him on Sunday after church and earlier this week he asked if I wanted to do baptisms with him Thursday morning....at 6:30am. Yeah, kind of early haha but I was down to go! Little did I know that today is ward temple night haha so I may be going again tonight...we'll see! It was quite a fun and funny experience. We walk in and Ethan tells the temple worker we are there to do baptisms. He kind of looked disappointed haha because he wanted us to be witnesses for something else. Ethan then tells him that I'm not endowed. "Oh, your not endowed? This isn't your wife?" Hahaha so funny! Ethan then makes the comment, "No, but we'd sure make a good looking couple don't you think?" Hahahaha it was great.
After that whole shpeel, I had a sister temple worker escort me to the changing room and Ethan and his escort-er? haha sure. His escorter go with him. I ask the sister how her morning is going and we start to make small talk. Ethan then asks if we know each other. Her and I just smile and say no, but that we are sisters so of course we know each other ;) That's the one great thing I love about the temple, everyone is so friendly and it is really easy to love the people you meet. I found out that she too is a convert and joined when she was 28 and just served a couple mission in Mexico City and just got back not too long ago. I love talking to the temple workers. I love making those little connections. For example, I met one of my friends moms at the temple just by noticing her last name on her name tag! And her son was my home teacher in the fall haha. Love it.
Hopefully I can make it back to the temple tonight but, then again, it would probably be better to spend time with my family. Just doing the little things like eating dinner with them means a lot to them. More so my parents, the brothers don't really care haha. But...we'll see.
♥ The Girl Who Is Possibly Going Back To Bed

"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

- I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
