"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

Oh, Hey Cops.

This weekend was absolutely so much fun! I am so dead though. Thursday night I only got about 4 hours of sleep so I was one cranky little girl in the morning. Took my test, pretty sure I bombed it. Whatevs. Then off to Utah with Abby and Cruiz!! We met Tyler in Brigham city. I was so excited to see Ty! We drove straight to the BYU v Utah State game. They were winning when we left at half time but...they ended up losing in the end :( Secretly though I was hoping BYU would win ;)

After the football game we went to his mission reunion! It was fun to see him all excited to see old mission companions and to reunite again. Janelle was there with her boyfriend Trevik! So I got to hang with nelsom for a bit and chat it up with her. After the reunion we walked around the temple that was right next to the church building where the reunion was held {{can't remember what temple it was!}}. It was soooo pretty! And huge! I fell in love with it. We walked around and talked and laughed and what not. The usual. We started to head back to his car when we noticed the gate was closed and locked. We were locked in! Ty suggested to climb over the gates but they were too high and quite intimidating. I decided to try another way out....aka squeezing my way through one of the gaps in between the railings. Luckily I was tiny enough to do so but for a second I was scared I was going to get stuck haha. We then drove around...and then headed back to his place!

Saturday morning I went golfing with Ty, his dad, and one of his sisters. I was so scared! I've never been golfing in my life. Tanner had taken me to hit a few golf balls but that's pretty much the extent to my golfing skills. I was horrible haha! But, I did manage to get some good swings ;) We ended up missing the first session of conference which I admit, I was pretty bummed about but thank goodness for the internet and lds.org right?? We then quickly got ready, drove and got a jamba and then headed off to conference!! I LOVED it! It was my first time going and it was amazing. The talks were amazing and the spirit was so strong there. I can't wait to go again :)

After conference I met up with my brother Richie!! I was SOOOO excited to see him. I missed him! We spent our car ride back to Provo by singing Disney songs and rappin the Eminem. That's how we do ;) We went to The Spaghetti Factory for dinner which was delish. It was there where we caught up on each others lives {{social and dating}} and laughed about the dumbest things. I think my brother is hilarious so he had me smiling ear to ear! I really do love my little bro. After dinner we eventually made our way and picked up Madeline aka MADZ Vance!! Yes, Spencer's little sis :) SHE IS SO GORGEOUS! Her pictures don't do her justice. She is such a gem! When I saw her walking to our car, I got out and ran to give her a hug. She picked me up and haha I was so shocked on how tall she was!! We went to the mall where I wanted to do shopping but while walking in we realized it was closing...so lame. So we still walked around, talked, and then got some froyo! Totally hit the spot. It was so fun being able to meet her and get to know her. We later talked about her brother outside of Richie's car and haha lets just say it was a good conversation ;) I was so sad when I had to say goodbye to her because we didn't get to hang out that long and I was unbelievably exhausted {{and didn't feel like myself}} but I'm sure we'll hang out again soon!

Richie dropped me off at Ashley Amos's house where I stayed the night at. I loved her apt! I think I might live at the complex when I transfer to BYU. It's huge! It's a little similar to Northgate but it has a big kitchen and family room. Loved it! It was so good to see Ash! I've missed her lots! She too was completely exhausted so we didn't really get to catch up but we watched Modern Family with her roommate which was fun. Sunday morning I woke up, said bye to Ash, took a shower, watched General Conference, headed back to SLC and then back on the road to Rexburg. This weekend was so much fun! I needed a break from school and it was so relaxing to know I had no homework awaiting my arrival back home. Ty is an amazing guy and is so sweet and funny and such a goob ;) but, I know I'm suppose to serve a mission. I know that that's what Heavenly Father wants me to do. I don't know where I'll go or who I'll teach but I just know it's all part of His plan and it's all in His hands now. In 3 days I can turn in my papers....still in denial. I can't believe it's almost here!!
