"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

it starts today.

1. learning to work out with no music.
2. making SURE to say my morning prayers
3. read a chapter from the book of mormon every morning
4. get up and go on a short jog to get used to working out outside in the early morning
5. instead of doing nothing when i'm bored, read from the book of mormon or from preach my gospel
6. re-memorize the family proclamation
7. read 1-2 chapters a night
8. say sincere evening prayers

okay..want to hear an incredible nerdy secret? well, i went for about a 20 minute jog with no ipod today. when i'm on a mission, i won't be able to have an ipod to listen to music with. i know, super hard adjustment! so, what did i do instead to entertain myself? recite the family proclamation. haha! i know, total dork status but i had to do SOMETHING! i thought about singing some hymns to myself but the proclamation seemed more entertaining at the moment. and sadly, i forgot the 2nd half of it! go figure since i practically recited the first half to myself 24/7 just because. i figure this could be something i do with each companion when we go on jogs in the morning...because all of my companions will want to work out in the morning...
