"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

This Is Eternity

Maybe because the day is approaching where I will be able to gain a greater love for the temple but this one hit home for me. My parents and youngest brother have also been inactive for a year. The kids in this family prayed that their parents would come back to church and I too can relate to similar instances and feelings they have experienced. They have now made the goal that they will be sealed as a family within the following year because there was a temple dedicated in El Salvador. My favorite part in this Mormon message was when the girl said, "Now that the temple is dedicated, we can begin our work." For me, the temple means that much more when I truly lose focus of myself and my needs and focus on the people I'm doing the work for. The temple is such a beautiful, wonderful, sacred, peaceful, uplifting place where you can instantly feel Heavenly Father's love for you. I love to see the temple, and I'm going there someday.
