New Song

I love being inspired to write lyrics. I always seem to feel inspired at the most random times; rather it is while I'm baby-sitting, taking notes in class, driving in the car, or people watching. I feel like all I've been hearing about and dealing with in my personal life are crushes on boys. The first stages of liking someone are always the cutest. You are constantly giggly, smiley, and happy. Nothing wrong can seem to happen in your life when you have a crush on someone.

The feeling that beats having a crush on someone is knowing that in return, that person likes you as well. When you finally admit to one another your feelings for each other, that is when the magic begins. It is the best feeling ever! What person doesn't love that constant attention? That constant feeling of knowing that someone truly cares about you? That feeling of being loved? I sure do hope that everyone in this world will be able to experience that feeling one day.

So, I decided to write a song about all of that. So far I have the first verse, the lead into the chorus, and then the chorus. It actually is one of my favorite set of lyrics so far. You are probably hoping that I put my lyrics online but if you really knew me, you would know that I would never do such a thing :) The only 2 people who have ever heard my lyrics are Josh Cohen and Ariel Thexton and for the meantime, it is going to stay like that haha. Maybe if I figure out how to play my song on the guitar...then I'll put them up and perform it on a video. Who knows..
