"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

- I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

Signatures In The Sky
Tonight, a group of us witnessed the storm as it was starting when we were heading back to the apartment from bowling. At first it was no big deal, just a few flashes here and there. However, the flashes turned into lightning and the closer we got to home, the bigger they got. SO, what does a group of bored college students stuck in Rexburg decide to go do? We decide to go watch it but not just pull over to the side of the road to watch it...but to go off-roading so we were in the middle of nowhere and could really enjoy the "experience". So we went over past the ridge, around a "do not pass" sign, and the off-roading begins. We didn't even get that far until all of a sudden, a HUGE flash of light appears right in front of us. We were certain that the lightning was not as far from us as we thought. We were completely freaked out by it and decided to head back and find a different location; that being one of the church buildings on the side of the road. EVERYONE was outside watching the storm. I mean, if you weren't outside looking at the sky filled with lightning, then I feel really bad for you. Haha. But seriously.
It was fun to be with a group of people that were fun to hang out with. Actually, I met 4 new people tonight out of the 6 of us. They were all so fun and wanted to stand out in the rain with me when at first I was the only dumb one who wanted to haha. We all cracked jokes, begged for Zeus to give us more lightning, and just had a really good time. That's the one thing I love about BYU-Idaho is that you can always find a good group of people to have fun with.
I have a bridal shower in the morning that I'm helping plan with Jana...ahhh I have to get up early to get things together!
