"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

Ha Ha Ha...

I think it's funny when people comment on a new relationship status {{another reason why I hate facebook}}. "Congrats" "So happy for you" "So excited for you!" "You guys will be great!" Now...obviously my dear friends have said those remarks and I'm not trying to poke fun at all but I will use you as my examples for this post.

I feel like in the Mormon world, if you are in college and you start to date an RM...everyone thinks {{or assumes}} you're going to marry them. They start asking you how serious the relationship is, are you going to marry them, the list goes on. WHY!? Just because I date a guy definitely does not mean I'm going to marry them. Those questions not only annoy me to no end but puts pressure on me.

Ryan is great. Correction, he is amazing. But, haha I don't know if I'm going to marry him! I don't even know if we'll continue on during spring semester or not! But, I feel like it's important to just take it one day at a time. The more you start to worry about the future, the more stressful it is. What has always seem to be the case for some of my past relationships is that I'll start liking the idea of it all more then the person - which is why I told him I want to take it one day at a time and not plan things out in the future.

Here are some funny things my girls said to me today while baby-sitting them...

Grace: "When did you get your first phone?
Me: I wasn't allowed til I was about 15
Grace: I thought you only had to be 10 years old to get a phone?

Maddie: "If I lean my head back as far as I can...then my hair goes to my bottom!"

Grace: "Was this you when you were little?" {{points to a picture of an Asian girl in this random journal from school}} hahahaha!
