"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.

I'd Call It A Good Day.

First off, the weather has been AMAZING this week! I'm so sick of the rain! With the fact that I'm heading back to Rexburg on the 14th...I need to enjoy the sun as much as I can! Hopefully the heat will come sooner then it did last year but...spring is yet still the best semester at BYU-I. Ever. Ahhhh I can't wait to go to the sand bar and tan with the girls ;) So, to prep for that, I went out for a tan today!

Pretty sure it's the lighting that made my legs look tanner then the rest of my body ;) Actually, my legs are typically tanner then the rest of my body anyways so maybe it's leftover from summer? Haha whatever the case may be, I'm still super white. And my legs look a little chunkish in this but I promise they aren't. Apparently the community pool closes during the winter time {{uhhhh since when?}} and so I went across the street and tried opening the door with my key looking like an idiot for about a minute. Yeah, I was that desperate to get some tanning in for the day. But, I decided to just tan in my backyard because I did not get into a swimsuit for no reason. My backyard is TINY so, I just lay {{lay? or laid? whatever}} my towel on the ground {{instead of those relaxing layout chairs}} and tanned for an hour. It was great. And of course I had my 5 essential items for tanning.

1. cellular
2. ipod
3. stunna shades
4. hair tie
5. towel

Oh, but before tanning I was babysitting for the Hilton's today! They have three boys {{Caleb, Isaac, and Luke}} and another boy on the way {{bless her heart}}! Today I only had Isaac and Luke since Caleb was in school. They watched Tom and Jerry for a bit until I started to actually pay attention to the episode...Tom {{the cat}} was acting a little...tipsy might I say in the episode? I thought it was weird so I began to disregard it...until he went to the bathroom, ran into the wall, and then a bottle of Baby Rum knocked over and spilled from over his head into his mouth...ARE YOU JOKING ME!? I always thought it was a kids show but here they are drinking rum! Of course, the kids are naive and have no idea on what's really going on but still, matter of the fact is that you do not put that in a kids show. Come on people.

Tonight was the RS activity workshop! We learned about Health, Fashion, and Spiritual Health. The Health section really got me motivated to watch what I eat more. I know that I am skinny but that does NOT mean I'm in shape. He said we should only work out MAXIMUM an hour a day...I was so relieved! Sometimes I see my friends work out 2 hours a day {{either all at once or break it up into sections}} and they have super hot bodies. Apparently, the longer you work out the more your tissue wears down...good to know. Plus, it is always good to change your routine and you can progress which was good to learn because I almost do the exact same work out every day. The fashion workshop made me want to shop! I spend FOREVER finding the perfect jeans and I too have to find jeans with stinkin button pockets because I do.not.have.a.butt. I need to return my other ones I just bought and search for jeans that actually flatter me, not jeans that I can just deal with and make work. The Spiritual Health workshop was short {{due to time}} but I really need to work on balancing my life...and I feel like I'm starting to with limiting my service involvement at school. That right there is definitely balancing my life haha.

Overall, great day. Tomorrow will be great for it consists of breakfast with the one and only Brett Bower and possible shopping trip with my mommy. And of course...tanning.
