"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

Little Blessings

I always look forward to coming to school because I feel like I strive to be a better person and the spirit is always around me. I also look forward to school because I get to actually participate in every church activity. You know, not just attending firesides but actually having FHE, devotionals, blessing the food before every meal, etc. Tonight, my new roommate Amberlee came up to our bedroom and asked if we could do apartment prayer since she was about to sleep. I instantly wanted to cry the second she said that. Well, I did end up crying to Abby right after she left but it felt so good to be on my knees with my two roommates {{others haven't arrived yet}} and say a prayer to our Heavenly Father. This is why I love BYUI. This is why I love the gospel. This is why I choose to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I want to feel the spirit around me at all times and I know that when I'm here at school that I am always going to have someone there to cry too.
