I can't sleep! I'm sooooo tired but can't seem to get up to get ready for bed :( Maybe it was because I watched The Bachelor tonight...hmmm doubtful. But, I'll blame it for my insomnia. So, what do I do when I can't seem to fall asleep?....sing of course! Sometimes I start to write songs but most of the time, I'll start singing. The only problem with singing is that...everyone is asleep so I can't sing out loud. But, I really want to sing in singles ward! I am just very picky with the songs I sing and have to make sure they fit my range. I prefer to sing more alto solos for church but...what songs in the hymn book are just strictly alto songs? Uh..pretty much NONE! But...on lds.org they have a music section where you can listen to hymns while looking at the music (as if the hymn book was right in front of you) but the best part is....is that you can change the key signature!!! YES! So, I think I'm going to sing "Where Can I Turn For Peace" sometime this month...possibly next Sunday since I think this Sunday is wayyy too soon. I'll be changing the key signature to A flat. I think it still sounds pretty so...hopefully I gain the courage to actually sing it haha. But in all seriousness....I NEED to get to bed...sweet dreams!
