"...This life is made up of little things-little things that count a great deal. I believe that the little things are of great importance in our relationship with ourselves, in our relationship with others, and in our relationship with God." - Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin

I'm just your typical girl who loves to lay around in sweats, a messy bun and spend quality time with those she loves. I've learned that it's the little things in life that makes it so beautiful. Even when life gets hard, little things like a smile or a simple "I love you" can make all the difference. I truly believe in this. Never think that your life doesn't matter - it does. It matters for eternity. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I am a Christian.
I'm a Mormon.

A Mother's Love

This is the first Mother's Day that I have been away from my mommy. I'm used to getting up early in the morning, making her breakfast, and then handing over the card I made for her. But this year, I couldn't do that :/ However, I decided to post a video comment for her on her facebook (yes, my mom has a facebook lol) so she could actually see me and it can be something she can always look back to. I also got to talk to her for a bit which was nice.

The decisions we make today, as young women, will determine if we'll be a great mother or not. Have you ever thought about that? A mothers love suffereth long, is kind, envieth not, not easily provoked, seeketh not her own, thinketh no evil, rejoiceth in the truth, beareth all things, believeth all things, hopes for all things, endureth all things, is a pure love of Christ, and her love endureth forever. A mom can be such a good influence in a child's life. What kind of mother do you want to be to your future children? The closest we have come to Christ like love is a mothers love. When you've done something wrong, the worst form of punishment a mother can give you is the "sigh" when we know we broke her heart. Love your moms every day.

It's nice to be important but more important to be nice.
